RS Computing charges a flat fee of £40 for all services, price includes vat.

There are no hidden costs, there is no need to worry about time as there is no hourly rate.

We work on a no fix no fee basis, conditions apply see below for details.

Price covers labour only, any hardware required for the repair will be sourced at the cheapest possible price.

No fix no fee

Our no fix no fee policy applies if the engineer does not have the knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or make the necessary repair.

If the engineer is able to resolve the problem and make the repair but is prevented from doing so by the customer not wishing to proceed with the work, then the customer is still charged for the engineer's time.

If the engineer diagnoses a failed component and the customer does not wish to proceed with replacement of the component, then the customer is still charged for the engineer's time.
